We are seeking an experienced Control & SCADA Engineer to design, develop, test, and commission control systems for energy projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SCADA, PLCs, plant controls, and grid integration.

Responsibilities

\n
• Design, develop, test, and commission SCADA, PLC, and control systems.
\n
• Configure and maintain RTUs, PLCs, and microgrid controllers.
\n
• Work with communication protocols including MODBUS, DNP3, and IEC 61850 .
\n
• Support SCADA, AGC, GMS, and related control applications.
\n
• Conduct FAT, SAT, and field commissioning.
\n
• Support grid integration and regulatory compliance.
\n
• Troubleshoot and improve control system performance.
\n
• Work with vendors, contractors, construction, and operations teams.
\n
• Develop technical standards and specifications.
\n
• Support energy storage, microgrid, and DERMS projects.
\n
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
\n
• 5+ years of experience with SCADA, PLC programming, and plant automation.
\n
• Experience with solar, wind, or energy storage projects.
\n
• Experience with grid interconnection and control systems.
\n
• Strong knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and controls engineering.
\n
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
\n

Preferred Skills

\n
• Experience with DERMS and substation automation.
\n
• Knowledge of reactive power and frequency control.
\n
• Experience with STATCOM systems.
\n
• Project management or team leadership experience.
\n
