Charge Nurse — Day Shift

Paducah, Kentucky
River Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Skilled Nursing Charge Nurse to join our team for a 12-hour day shift .
Located in the heart of Paducah, River Haven is a 103-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility focused on providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.

Opportunity to be part of a leadership team focused on strengthening resident care and supporting staff

Provide and oversee quality nursing care for residents
Lead and support nursing staff during your shift
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
Communicate effectively with physicians, families, residents, and interdisciplinary team members
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life
Serve as a clinical leader and resource for the nursing team
Current RN or LPN/LVN license in the state of Kentucky
Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
Ability to work a 12-hour day shift
